Camp Scholarship Auditions Guidelines
Audition Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026

1. Application Deadline: March 11, 2026 (no late registrations will be accepted)
2. Applications must be sent via email to [email protected].
3. Applications must be submitted by the instructor. (Applications submitted by the
student or parent will not be accepted.)
4. Applicants will submit one memorized piece with a time limit of 8 minutes. Time
will be called for pieces exceeding 8 minutes in length.
5. The score for the adjudicator must have measures numbered in the left margin.
No photocopies will be permitted.
6. All applications submitted by the deadline will be accepted.
7. A non-member of DMMTA will serve as the adjudicator. Awards will be
presented by the Camp Scholarship Chair.
8. Prizes will be awarded in the following amounts: First place-$300, 2nd place-
$200, 3rd place-$100
9. Extra scholarship funds, if available, may be dispersed at the judge’s discretion to
remaining participants.
